Supply Chain and Procurement Lead (차-부장급)

Job Description

• Responsible for E2E Supply chain & Procurement
• Demand forecast planning with market
• Lead S&OP meeting on regular basis
• Initiate & setup the procurement activity to optimize the cost & process
• Inventory management (inventory levels, safety stock policy, order placement)
• Communication with Sales & Marketing on on-going supply issues and demands
• Launch preparations & site transfer activity as a local launch coordinator in cooperation with RA, QA, Portfolio teams and Regional NPI
• Manage orders with sites, review of supply commits and local prioritization
• Control 3^rd party logistics service providers on contract & service levels (Warehousing, distribution, Customs brokerage)
• Responsible for customs clearance (including FTA)
• Local supply chain contact for any site query or requirements
• Customer service management including outbound shipment control

Job Description

• Monthly reports to Region & Global - order status, supply issues, out of stock reports, inventory, distribution and etc.
• KPI implementation (forecast accuracy, service levels)
• Ad-hoc and regular works requested by Region & Global (AOP, MDG and so forth)
• Manage projects to improve SC efficiency, improve SC cost to serve.

Essential Qualification

• Minimum 10 years related experience within multi-national companies
• Strong leadership skills to support business in growth stage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pharmaceutical related work experience preferred
